A stockish build with lockers could get over the small shelf at the start. Then it's a bumpy ride to the lake.

Every year there is a new tax voted in up here for the schools, and every year there is a fiasco around the BOE not meeting budgets + refusing to share finances with the towns and county. It's the most retarded shit

open has to come from somewhere. When cost on everything goes up because we decide to bomb some random country those cost roll down hill

Let's add a permanent tax, meanwhile:

1. Population is declining because we aren't having enough kids leading to lower enrollments
2. The more money put in schools the lower the outcomes we have in education (reading levels, math proficiency, etc)
3. The schools have enough money, but they hire more and more administrative staff (aka they're a jobs program)
