Glad you got it all fixed, and thanks for the update! What is commonly mistaken for death wobble, usually ends up being bad or improperly balanced tires.

Regarding the GY Duratracs - I can't tell for certain, but your wheels don't look stock. Are they 15"? I'm asking b/c if I go on GY site and put in my vehicle specs (98 TJ SE), they say "does not fit". However, I know GY makes a 31X10.50R15LT, and was wondering if that's what you have? Thx...
No idea what kind of wheels those are. Might want to see if they have a name or marking on it and Google it. I'll bet they are easy to find.

Correct. If you search by the vehicle you only get what was stock so that anything other than stock sizes will nearly always produce a "does not fit" error.
