Hello all,
We're pretty much following @CodaMan 's lift set up; https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/codamans-2004-jeep-wrangler-rubicon.9347/
We have everything sitting in the garage. Only area I am stuck on is the bump stop kit. I would prefer to cycle the suspension and axles to measure the needed bump stop extension, during installation. I have Googled, YouTubed and searched the Forums for days and all I can come up with is that I can expect roughly 1-1.5" extension "puck" for the front lower spring perch and 1.5-2" in the rear above the cups.
Unfortunately I'm unable to keep the Jeep off the road for a few days to order proper length parts. Assuming I need something in 1/4", 1/2" or 3/4" increments. So you can see where my wheels are spinning.
The Rock Krawler kit; Rock Krawler Bump Stop Extensions (Front and Rear) --RKSRK05611 Only deals in 1" increments. So if I was lucky enough for a 1" front and 2" rear measurement problem solved for $50. My "luck" usually won't run that way.
I guess I'm looking for options that would give us the most versatility to "mix and match" sizing as needed to attack this part of the lift.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks always,
John in NC
FWIW: Jeep has a 1" BL & 1" MML already installed and the plan is for 32s. Jeep is a daily driver and offroading is mostly on NC beaches 2-3 times a month.
