We've been temps of over 40deg C here in Sydney lately, figured it was time to get some shade when the top was open.

Found a solution to the worn bushings on the front seats.

Someone had a similar solution for the worn front seat bushings a while back. I can't find the thread, but I want to say it was similar. Either way, well done!

Upgraded the rear hinge set and tire carrier with a Rugged ridge Spartacus combo.

Installed some Dynamat, only used one pack so far so need to finish it off but the results are pretty good.

After having the air conditioning not working, decided to fit a new compressor, orifice tube and Condensor. Sourced parts for a LHD TJ from Rockauto, found they also fitted the RHD version.

Have purchased an Australian No. 5 1/2 ton Military trailer to convert into an Overlanding rig. Pretty chuffed with it.

I've had the Alpine Halo 9 fitted to the TJ for a few months now, decided that the mount that I was using with the 1 din headunit I was previously using aren't up to the job with the heavier Halo 9.

Finally got to sort the Rocker cover gasket, quite the pain to do with the plastic wiring loom bridge and rearmost bolt hidden from view.

Whilst trying to keep the electrical add-ons to the Jeep tidy, have installed an sPod Switch system.

Had a quick mid-week trip down to a local 4wd track.

Fitted up a couple of USB ports where the 12 volt power output was in the dashboard. With so much stuff now needing a USB charge it makes like so much easier.
