Slightly larger .50 cal ammo cans

I know alot of you put .50 cal ammo cans under the hood to place tools and such in. I found a .50 cal ammo can that is slightly larger. But I think that might fit. It's 12"L x 8 1/2"W x 7"H whereas the standard .50 cal ammo can is 12"L x 6"W x 7 1/2"H. So it's not quite as tall. But a full 2.5" wider. Might fit better or carry more stuff. IDK. You guys tell me. Might also fill the space behind the seat better?

I have a 50 cal ammo box between my seats and yes there is about a 2 inch gap that needed filling...the Fat 50 fits much better but couldn't find one out here with out paying a stupid price for it

I actually prefer the fat 50 over the regular 50. Use them on a lot of tractors and other equipment that frequently needs a specific set of tools to fix a system that fuks up frequently.

Unfortunately, Major Surplus does not appear to offer free shipping for their Fat 50's no matter how many you put in your shopping cart. (With their MWC's it was free shipping if you bought two.)

I think I'll phone them Monday to find out what their shipping policies really are. Fat 50's are hard to find around here and I'd buy as many as four if the shipping was free.

Same out here too...I searched for month to find one, ended up with the standard 50 Cal instead....(I'm still looking though haha)
