Just wanted to say it's amazing how far your rig has come over the past year as I've watched its evolution. Just when we thought you had it how you wanted it with the Savvy SA, you go and give it to Blaine and make it even more betterer. Nice, man.

what are you're initial impressions of 5.13s nsg and 35s. I'm curious what 4.88s and 33s feel like with that trans and I think they rev similarly. Is the jeep just chugging gas

I like it a lot, sits right at about 3k in sixth on the freeway At 70mph with plenty of power and not a lot of shifting.

I like low gearing and spend a lot of time in the mountains and don’t drive super fast so could probably be happy with 5.38’s even honestly. But I think the 5.13’s where the perfect choice.

Edit: in regards to gas I have not checked but I am sure it’s not great. I will have to remember to check on my next tank.

I like it a lot, sits right at about 3k in sixth on the freeway At 70mph with plenty of power and not a lot of shifting.

I plan to leave them stock. My build goals where to get the maximum performance I could out of it, without changing stock axles, and keeping OEM fenders/flares. Really my only other plans are to do a frame tuck in the back and raise the body mounts. I have been going for like a Restomod/Sleeper look, I want an average person to not easily recognize it has a lot of work done.

I just moved to 5.13s/35s/NSG370 and like Midnight LJR I'm glad I did (hills and mountains to climb). Being in Florida you'd definitely be better served with 4.88s and some would even argue 4.56s.

That's like my wife's TJ Rubicon. Have you received the comments at the store, gas stations or even the trail yet asking if you have a lift or if the tires are stock? There's something about those proportions that look so natural and clean that it's convincing that nothing has been modified.

Yeah its funny, a few have asked if I am gonna "do anything to it". even to me it doesn't seem that built until you park next to a stock one.
