Crazy prices?

True and guess the TJ is starting to hit classic status (at least up here in Canada on the East coast) you just don't see them in normal use anymore. I've seen a few nicer ones sell for double the price from what they were 2-3 years ago.

Same here in Ohio. I might see 2-3 TJs in a month. The winter/ salt rotted them all out.

Much higher prices/ demand up here. But that place is in Texas, figure there’s still a lot of nice ones available down South. And while ultra low mileage is great, with a 4.0 we know even 100K ain’t really much. I’d almost be leary of mileage too low.

Didn't Paul Sr. lose it all?

It got to where I couldn't keep up with them, JR. Went out on his own, SR basically couldn't build a bike by himself, if it hadn't been for their steel company which made them $$$ before the show they probably would have never had a show.

Yep, that's the case here. People will ask crazy prices for nice XJs, WJs and TJs around here and they will sell within the week. Before I bought my TJ, I looked at several in the "crazy" price range that still had rusted frames, and many sold for their asking price.
