I'm thinking about 6.4 sheets of plywood, about 40 cans of foam and then 40 glory holes evenly spaced about the exterior with zip ties on the nozzle triggers. Or just do the bug bomb method and start zip tying triggers down and dropping them through a top hatch.

I am spray gun illiterate. I'm setting up a pressure pot for spray grade solvent based contact adhesive. A 1.8mm tip is recommended. I purchased a used Binks 2100 that appears to be in decent shape.

I need to set it up for the correct tip. Do you know which parts need to change if needed? Is the gun needle semi universal and I just need to swap the fluid nozzle, or do I need the gun needle, fluid nozzle and air nozzle?

You'll need to get matching needle and nozzle. Same air cap will work.
