Just something to be aware of, harder, if not impossible to find a 17” tire that is not at least d rated, most are e rated.

Yes this is what I posted earlier also. Now many say as far as flex the E rated tire is the same as a C rated tire but I'm not sure how with more belts in the tire. And as you posted most 17" tires weigh more than 15" tires so I'd say you might do a spread sheet with each brand and size of tire you're interested in and list them by rim diameter and then size. I'd be curious to see what you come up with also.

I've pretty much decided on the new Mickey Thompson Baja Pro XS tire for my 17" rims.
