Replaced the front swaybar links and added "eye liner":

Even though I'm a man that only ends up with make up from rubbing faces with the wife, I like you calling those eye liners.

Mine are the original chrome and will stay that way because I painted my grille black.

I hope I can call them eye liners, they aren't quite as noticeable as this:

Wife suggested I put eyelashes on it as well!

I almost bought this when it was on sale last week, but I saw some people saying theirs's bent easily when trying to do their ball joints so I decided against it
I've heard that before. Mine's still straight. HF varies where the tools are manufactured so often its hard to say. I'd buy another one if mine went missing.

One tip I picked up early is to use the BFH on the knuckle every few of turns of the press to help the ball joint, bushing, etc relax some of the pressure. Then rinse and repeat and the part will be out (or in). If the part isn't moving, more turns on the tool isn't the right answer.....

I say that advice but I'm quick to snap a rusted fasteners so.... 🤷

What about this one:

Its been in my Amazon cart for months...
Honestly, it's pretty good odds the press is the same one from HF in different packaging. It does have a couple more adapters than the HF I have but I would still encourage the HF Master kit (its separate from the press kit).

Ever job with the press I've used the master kit pieces and ever job has been different.

Good advice. I ended up ordering one from Summit that looks pretty much the same, blah, blah. I'll grab the master kit as well. Thanx!

I drove it to one of my fav lunch spots in town. Waiting for the weather to get a bit warmer to put the top down.

I actually think I might keep the jeep in this configuration (half doors/slider windows/soft top) permanently. This past winter I did not put hardtop/full doors and did not miss it one bit.

Savvy front bumper. Older warn M8000 (with the solenoid pack). The thimble, fairlead and license plate holder are all from TRE. Very happy with this setup.

Well I think I got the frame for my hardtop hoist wrapped up, know for sure when I get it in place. Going to be a few days till I can get it up in the ceiling, pulled a back muscle yesterday. Sucks getting old lol
