Savvy (nonexistent) customer service

for someone new to the forum, when an admin says someone will respond, o it's safe to assume the person to whom was referred is an employee of said operation, no?
No, I'd always ask first to see if I'm being fucked with.
Or are we just trying to be belligerent to a new guy... the ol "discredit the newbie" thing.
Just typical non serious messing around, don't take it personally. We fuck with everyone.

Same experience with Savvy. No response to email, no response to phone calls; as of yet. But thanks for posting, kind of answered my question about rear springs. I'd read in other threads that Savvy only uses LJ rear springs which is what I contacted them about as I want the LJ rear springs. I don't mind a bit of rake and I usually carry quite a bit of tools and gear in the back and would expect it to level out.
Them only using LJ rear springs is not something I've seen. Given they can practically walk over to Rock Jock and pick up springs, that makes little sense. My money is on the packing guy not putting his glasses on that day.

I don't come to a third-party to belly ache about the shortcomings of an unrelated business.

You are wrong.

Then take your problem up with the company. This isn't the Savvy forum.
Taking the problem up with the company has got us here. I don't want to deal with a bunch of assholes on the inter webs who provide little-to-no useful information, but someone did provide contact info for someone who could potentially get me answers.... if they will reply to emails. There is a Michael on their California Business filings, so I'd assume that someone invested in the company should be replying to emails. Thats ultimately what I came here for, not to be berated by a couple of overzealous California douchebags only trying to make it known that the Internet forums are THEIR territory... You can have it, "bruh". I sure as shit don't want it.

What I DO want is someone from this company to answer a damn email so I can get the parts I paid for.

I guess I'll file a complaint with the BBB, if need be.

Who is the second CA douchebag you are referring to?

I see your posts and I appreciate your sarcasm almost as much as I do your technical knowledge. I bought products from you before I ever joined this forum. TBH I really appreciate folks like you who participate on forums and share vast wealths of knowledge and experience that I may literally, never, ever come across otherwise.

I'm trying to find out if our buddy thinks I'm one of the CA douchebags before I have my helper drive by the Savvy shop and ask about rear springs for him. Email is composed, just waiting on that answer so I know whether to send it or not.

You know... My company deals with 1000+ customers per day. We have customers that have problems. Everyone does. But I deal with them. I get one or two legitimate complaints per month and a handful of various other issues that we handle within 48 hours. WE HANDLE OUR BUSINESS.

There's a scene in "Full Metal Jacket" where R. Lee Ermey pushes "Joker" to reverse his statement that he doesn't believe in the Virgin Mary.
I don't care if you are Blaine Johnson who is listed as "Owner, Savvy Offroad" on LinkedIn or not. You could be Gerald Lee who is listed as the president of Savvy on California business filings. I don't care. I said what I said and I'm not changing it. If you're sitting here intentionally fucking with a customer who has a problem with your company that your company has refused to acknowledge, you're a douchebag. If you have the power to help someone and you're intentionally denying that ability OUTRIGHT, you're a douchebag.

So yes. You're a California Douchebag. I will never buy anything from this company again. And I will never recommend this company to anyone. I'm headed over to the BBB website to file a complaint on this company. Only YOU have the power to stop it. Your move.

yeah.... there's no P at the end of the springs I have
From what I can deduct the P just stands for pair. As in you just bought a pair of rear springs. I’m not sure any of them would have the P stamped on them. I get this by looking at rockjock website. It looks like they have single springs for sale and the item number doesn’t have the P.

Again Blaine does not work for savvy so I doubt you will get anywhere threatening BBB

You're way overreacting and getting butt-hurt way (!) too easily, grow a little thicker skin. Savvy is not a big company, they don't have even close to the staff your company has. Again, they cater to enthusiasts who (usually) understand responses will often take more time than what a mass-market company can do. Their products are first-rate, just have a little patience and the problem will be resolved. Someone shipped you the wrong spring, it can be resolved... with a little patience... don't go off the deep end here by starting to throw insults and laughably threatening to report them to the BBB.

Make no mistake, the BBB is strictly a sales organization that some mistake for a company whose ratings actually mean anything. It only takes joining at the right (high-$$$) level to get an A rating. The more $$$ that is paid the harder it is to lose the A rating.

Thats all fine, well, and good. But nobody at the company has even considered that MAYBE just MAYBE they sent the wrong stuff and that they should take care of their customer. As for thicker skin, try again. Business is business. It isn't personal. I paid the business money, I expect to get what I paid for. And if I don't get it, initially, I expect the fix for whatever the issue is to go close to the front of the line.

If I handled my business the way this company has, I wouldn't have a business. And if they handle all of their business this way, they don't deserve to have a business. They can get it together and fix the issue, or not. I couldn't care less, at this point. I've already ordered the correct springs, I just want to be reimbursed for the expense I have incurred to fix their screw up. They have seen but not acknowledged any messages since 9/17. I'm kosher with a few days wait. But I've been trying to get them to provide any update for two weeks. It seems pretty simple. I'll post it on google and anywhere else I deem necessary, too, if I don't get a response from them. by COB Monday.

You’re acting as if we all work for savvy and we are just fucking with you.
It’s the opposite where none of us work for them and we continue to try to help even while you call us douchebags.
Just an FYI since you just joined, if you have a TJ related question on this forum. Either jerry or Blaine or both are normally tagged to help out if they can.
If you’ve ever watched parks and Rec with Ron Swanson. The scene where he’s in Lowe’s and one of the workers come up to him and his only response is “I know more than you” that’s pretty much sums up their expertise.

Wow, ok, calm down. I know it’s frustrating, but everyone here hasn’t been going what you’ve been going through for two weeks trying to get a response. Some of us have had problems with customer service at Savvy (not Rockjock). They don’t have a lot of staff, as you know. I suspect when they can get to it they’ll exchange the LJ coils for the TJ and you can call it a day.

This is coming from someone who never got a response from them on my most recent order issue now several months in the past.

If that's what you believe, no reason for me to change that.
