Can you post a good pic of the mounting setup?
Uses one of the roll bar bolts and the silver bolt they provide you use the hole that leads through your hole thats already there on top of the rear wheel well

Sweet! I’ve been looking for something like this for awhile. I may give it a try if you like it that much.
I really can’t think of a complaint with it. I use it all the time. And if you need the bottom shelf to have a little more room just add some washers to the bolt and move it up a few inches. I’ve laid down on top of the shelf before (while working in the Jeep or something it’s not a comfortable resting place) and it can hold some weight.

First time seeing this thread… I’ve been wanting something like this but didn’t want to spend $300+. $250 isn’t that much lower, but I’ve realized how much I don’t use my backseat. 90% of the time I strap my spare to the floor and this would be 110% better for gear tie down. I would usually stick stuff behind my front and pass seats. Shit clunks and rolls around. May just spend a little coin to grab this thing. Looks like it works well for you

Here is my solution. I built side brackets that mount in the hard top bolt locations that support the center tray. I took measurements of a bunch of different coolers so I got the height to where nearly any of the Yeti, RTIC etc coolers will fit under it. My dogs ride on top and love it but on longer trips it fits all my other goods just fine. I have some modifications to make but haven’t gotten around to it yet and after it’s completed I’ll get it powder coated and have a nice pad for the top tray.

The problem with trying to fit a drawer under the rear seat is that you sacrifice already tight headroom. I considered the one from Tuffy but it raises the rear seat 5". I'm about 6' tall and my head already touches the soft top fabric with the seat in the stock location. So if you do raise the rear seat for an underseat drawer, you will only be able to use the seat for small children. That's why I went with a full rear seat removal and the Tuffy midsize drawer.

Thanks for posting these pics. I have been looking at that Hooke Road rack for a while now and was not able to see the mounting brackets. For the price, looks like you can't beat it. My only issue is that I want to mount it up higher so it will clear my Dometic Fridge on the slider but it appears as though modifying those brackets should not prove to be difficult. Thanks!!

Just go to the hardware store and buy like 20 washers and put them under the brackets. Bolts are plenty long enough.
