Yes they are. Two of the holes were busted off on mine and there were multiple factory holes on the engine block for me to connect to. It's much more apparent when you get the old mount off.

The bracket is designed for the holes to line up with existing holes/mounts in the engine. If everything lines up properly it should be pretty easy, mine just didn't want to line up nicely so it was a little more work.
