Back bacon - yum! You definitely eat better than most of us on this forum, Kiwi TJ.

I've only wheeled with them once so far but they held up just fine as you'd expect. Got a few good slams into them. My favorite part about them is the clean side, no steps or anything, although they do cut their logo into them. At least it's not the fugly poison spyder logo that looks like a shocked dracula in drag
Thought about helping one of the truckers do some deliveries…. Anyone any idea what the tow capacity would be for a TJ …. Braked

Since I bought the TJ, the passenger side mirror would not stay put. It always just slipped out of place. After doing a google search, I learned about the 2 screws on the underside of the mirror. Yesterday I tightened them. (didn't turn much) Today id drove it awhile and it stayed in place. (f it starts sipping again, I'll just opt for 03-06 mirrors.
Installed the billet thermostat housing and got my 2 OEM fog light switches installed and wired. 1 is for my emergency lights (volunteer firefighter) and one is for the cube LED's in the front bumper.

@matkal :
I didn't reply to your other thread because I can't clearly remember how much clearance there is between the bottom of the pickup horn and the inside bottom of the pan. Mine did not damage the pickup that I could see. Here's a picture of how much mine was pushed in:

The deepest spot of the dent was at the center of the x (the rule is sitting centered on the drain bumpout.) The caliper was zeroed on the width of the rule used, so the 0.9115" displayed is from the bottom of the rule to the center of the x. As I said, this .9" dent did not damage the pickup. Not sure if this helps, but it was a quick 5-minute exercise for me.
