I have OEM so can't recommend an aftermarket but have you considered buying a pair of beat up windows from FB or CL so you can get a set of OEM fames for you skins...
I used Rust-oleum spray on bed liner for mine (as well as my hard top). I washed and used acetone, but didn't sand them. So far no issues with chips or scratches, plus I like the look.
I'm not a mechanic and don't pretend to be one but if it was cranking and turning over, checking the battery would seem like the last issue here. Am I missing something?
I agree with the statement regarding life span of batteries....
Kind of late to this but I did some trimming and used these to upgrade to 4" speakers in the dash and thought it made a world of difference in the sound quality.

My TJ is a 2.5, 5speed and it's great around town. Having said that, driving it on the highway or up a small incline is challenging at best. Imagine riding a moped on a highway...you'll get there but everyone is gonna pass you.
