Hello! I currently have 35x12.5R15 tires and am planning on dropping down to 33's but keeping same wheel. Just a few reasons for wanting to do this mainly not wanting to spend all the money right now to beef up the components for the 35s and the re gear as well. I know 33s would be betetr off...
I am looking at re-purposing some loud tires from my F-150 and use them as a "spare" set for my 2003 TJ. Do any rims exist that would accommodate a 275/65R18 tire on an un-lifted Jeep TJ?
Selling a full set of like new Toyo A/T Open Country tires.
These are 31x10.5r15, on a set of 5x4.5 Ultra Motorsports rims. They have like new tread, maybe 95%. Pretty nice all terrain tire, soft and quiet on road.
Came off my LJ when I upgraded to a larger tire.
Asking 150, open to offers.
Would my tires rub with the stock rims(rims are painted) on 32’s if I add a 3 1/4 life (springs and shocks), body lifts are kinda out of the picture it’s got an automatic transmission and is my daily driver with the six cylinder, Dana 44 rear and 3.73 gearing.
I absolutely love my MT/R Kevlar tires. Where I drive has tons of very sharp rocks, stumps and other tire attackers that have killed many tires, but not mine.
I also like my 15" wheels. Goodyear decided I don't need those (35X12.5R15) tires anymore.
What are the best options for either a...
Five 15x8 canyon wheels from a 2002 Jeep Wrangler sport. 4 of them have 31x10.5 general grabber at2 tires which seem to have decent tread, I just upgraded. The other still has I think the stock spare tire which is flat but the wheels is still good.
Asking 400 or best offer
I really dig the look of classic overland vehicles, like older Jeeps and Land Rover Defenders. They have simple industrial-looking wheels with a colored finish—which sometimes match the paint. The tires are narrow and don’t stick out from the fenders much, if at all.
I’ve been tossing around...
I'm looking to change from Load E 315/75R16 tires to a Load C tire and looking for help with all the variables. What size rims are you running on a TJ with Load C 35's?
These 16" Load E tires came on it when I purchased it. Seems there aren't many (if any) 16" Load C rated tires, so I'm...
For sale or for trade are a set of (5) 35" tires with 15" wheels.
Tons of life left in all of them.
Would trade for a set of 31/32" tires.
In the Baltimore, MD area — local pickup only.
Started a new thread to try and sell this wheel instead of trading. I really dont need it $50 OBO, someone take this thing before I turn it into a chair or something. It has never actually been used on the road, only mounted to the tailgate (2 lug holes still have perfect paint inside). Tire...
Hello all,
I have (what I'm told are) stock 17" JK wheels on my TJ. So I'm assuming they are 7.5" rims.
What is the widest tire I can put on a 7.5" rim. Can I go as wide as 275mm?? Say 275 70R17
Thanks, Glenn
Please note that this is my first post and I'm also kinda new to Jeeps. I'm running 30s on my TJ and my brother just got new tires on his truck and was going to get rid of his "old" 31s, which still have a good amount of tread left on them, so I asked if I could have them since I don't have the...
When winter is over I will need to get new tires for my stock ‘02. My winter tires are on the stock 15” chrome wheels that came with it. I would like to mount the new tires on those and get wheels to mount the winter tires next winter. I’m open to getting new wheels for the new tires though and...
I want to put 35x12.5 on my TJ. I have 31x10.5 on it now, no lift of any kind. I was wondering if you guys can help me figure out the best type,LA or SA, height and combo, suspension and body, to not rub and look it's best. Here's a pic of how it looks now
Sorry for the incompetence but I'm very new to the jeep fam. Hopefully someone can help me out here. So I just got my first jeep wrangler its at 2006 Wrangler X. It came with black rims and i'm not a fan so I found someone that is selling the stock rims. My tires are 225/65/17 and his tires were...
I just bought a 2002 Wrangler X it has a 2-1/2 lift on it. I would like to get the widest tire set-up for it with it not sticking out more than 1-2 inches from the fenders. Do any of you have an idea what works as far a rim sizes back spacing etc? I have attached a photo of what it has now...
