That I will check into. That could be an issue for me.Beadlock wheels can add 15+ lbs per wheel of unsprung weight. This impacts braking, acceleration, and handling. For me, it was very noticeable.

I was impressed with them. I was able to crawl some things others needed momentum for.How did the tires work for you?
Looks like 15” DC2’s are about 20 lbs and 15” TR beadlocks are 31 lbs. so not too far off of the 15 lbs stated. That I will check into. That could be an issue for me.
I expected as much. I noticed a big improvement in the Jeeps ability to climb when I switched to a MT MTZ. The Baja Boss is an even better tire. Based on 3 set of MT tires, I'm a big fan now. They are tough, work great in wet climates, and do a very good job of getting traction on a variety of terrains.I was impressed with them. I was able to crawl some things others needed momentum for.
I liked them so much after comparing the best I could that I should be picking up my set of 40’s this week.
I’d also replace the bolts if replacing rings. So that’s about another $10. I’d order an extra set of bolts when you order wheels also to have as spares. Not worried about scratches. Rings are around $120 each. Not a bother to me.
The 15s are on the lighter side. IIRC, the Walker Evans 17" wheels I had were around 37 lbs.Looks like 15” DC2’s are about 20 lbs and 15” TR beadlocks are 31 lbs. so not too far off of the 15 lbs stated.
17” TR’s are listed as 35 lbs. I can verify that sometime.
the 1 you don't mind tearin up to the condition of your current wheels.what wheel?
And most importantly, they are available and in the sizes I want.I expected as much. I noticed a big improvement in the Jeeps ability to climb when I switched to a MT MTZ. As a beadlock owner I'll say....How many times have you thought you needed to air down to 6 psi to make an obstacle?
I agree.Let’s go on Pritchett. My view isn’t that it can’t be done without beadlocks aired down to 5psi. My view is that it makes it easier. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Let’s go snow wheelin. My view here is that snow is the climate you need the lowest psi.
I usually roll Pritchett at about 9. I save the really low pressures for really difficult stuff - easier on the tires. I've also got to be careful with the sidewalls on the Razr's I run.Let’s go on Pritchett. My view isn’t that it can’t be done without beadlocks aired down to 5psi. My view is that it makes it easier. But, heavier rig on 40's too.I usually roll Pritchett at about 9. I save the really low pressures for really difficult stuff - easier on the tires. I've also got to be careful with the sidewalls on the Razr's I run.
Don’t be fat shaming my rig, Ryan…But, heavier rig on 40's too.
I'm rethining due to the cost of ditching KM3's with just 4K miles on them. I do want to go with 17's ultimately. It just seems like a losing endeavor at this point, and an expensive one.I thought you turned the corner on 17s?
