Test fit with anti rock looks good. Swaybar arm touches the grill before the bumper. I’m going to open it up another .25” to be on the safe side. I think the sway lock arm is wider. It may need to clearance.
Might have to switch to a 90* zerk. If I can find the time today, I'll break out the fork lift and get some flex measurements for you as well.
Will do, at the office today but will get to it this weekend. Unless Bob beats me to it.
Based on 33's, 3.5" lift.
@jwilkinson01, I'd be interested to see how your measurements compare, and with your tire size/lift, so please post them if you can.
I removed my bumper and disconnected the links and pushed the arms up as far as possible. I don’t think they would go quite as high full stuff. I was going to pull my springs and cycle my entire suspension this weekend, but with the snow, I didn’t have as much time to work as I expected. In the picture from the top, I am measuring from center of the bumper mounting bolt hole.
Edit : I need a better measurer, I will see if I can pick up an “L” tomorrow and do it again.

You guys are the best. That's a massive help. I'm gonna model some arms from this info and check things in SW. Looks like I will need to trim more then I thought to work with the swayloc.

Spent some time on the swayloc clearance. I would like clearance for the swayloc but still look good in other configurations. Seems like this would provide some protection to the swaybar and zek fitting.
Do you still have two kidneys?
These parts may be worth selling one.
Got some time to start working on soft shackle mounts. I want to use the first hole of the O.E. sway-bar bracket so it mounts using three mounting locations. I think I can stack a spacer under the soft shackle mount if keeping the O.E. sway-bar.

Atleast @Fluxor’s is radiused properly for the soft shackle.
