That is why I try to get a row 2 aisle seat. That way I don't have to deal with the unloaders. Grab my small carryon from under the row 1 seat, and spring up. I'm out of the jetway before the unloaders even get started.

I’m disappointed. I figured you’d go for row one so you could keep that nasty screen stashed in the armrest. Even at the expense of having to stash your bag in the overhead bin.
When the power trip overcomes the logic of being recorded.
I'd be massively surprised if the guy doesn't sue the agency and the officer/deputy for wrongful arrest, assault and battery, and any physical/emotional damages he could dream up! Wearing a badge does not grant carte blanche to trample on the bill of rights.
Shit like this pisses me off because if it were a black/brown/purple/red/yellow/ or any thing other than a white guy being taken down it would be all over the national news, and fuk sticks like Al Sharpton, and Kamel Toes Harris (and more) would be tweeting and doing interviews screaming about racism, oppression, and how LEOs only do this to "POC".
Looked like the popo was going to cuff first and then ask him some questions. I’d have to ask if that’s normal protocol, doesn’t seem like it should be.
Going all Big Boss Man on him was way out of line.
It's not unusual to place a suspect in cuffs during questioning. popo failed when he didn't disclose why he wanted to detain the guy.
"An officer may legally detain you (keep you from leaving) for investigation to gather more information. In order to keep you from leaving, the officer must be able to state a reasonable suspicion of illegal activity."
The problem here is the popo didn't articulate this information until AFTER he physically restrained the guy. That's a no no unless he physically saw the guy breaking a law, which he didn't. His claim was he "matched the description" of someone...
It's ironic, that justification seems to be the go to for all incidents similar to this.

I really wish they'd just do away with the overhead bins. You could load/unload a plane in less than 10 minutes. The flight attendants I've discussed this idea with agree. Check that damn bag!
The ones you watch movies on. Which are in the headrests in front of most rows, except 1.
