If a child though they were trapped in the wrong body it would have been treated entirely different than it is now. It did exist 100 years ago and while yes I agree 99% of the time it was treated as a mental disorder if you read some history books som cultures allwed these people to be who they were. But it wasn't shoved down our throats nor was it taught to our kids. It's become a sickness but IMO it's our countries fault for allowing this to happen. But it wasn't shoved down our throats nor was it taught to our kids. It's become a sickness but IMO it's our countries fault for allowing this to happen. I'm pretty sure if you want to actually chop off a part of your body, you're either mentally ill or possibly following some type of group pressure along with having some type of mental issue.

And I'm pretty appalled some people want to approach kids on this subject when they still believe in the Easter Bunny. It's so deranged to imprint this behavior on children and it has got to be very hard for any kid that gets manipulated by this. I couldn't imagine being able to make decisions about blocking puberty and then never having any use besides urinating.

For all of the studies that have been promoted as suggesting there's a benefit to drugs or surgeries, they are all fatally flawed studies from what I've seen that hold no scientific value and everything is well within the margin of error and it's clear there's a thumb on the scale and often the headlines in no way reflect the data.

He told me that it wasn't easy even after the surgery had all healed up - s/he had to use a "device" to keep the innie open, otherwise the male body would heal it closed. Even s/he knew s/he wasn't a "real woman", but I guess s/he was happy with hir decision. She disappeared into eastern Europe years back, and I haven't heard anything since. Not my road, but I hope for hir happiness all the same. And no, s/he wasn't on girl's sports teams!

I can't understand removing something that's working and functional that can be enjoyable and replacing it with something that from 1000' might resemble something you might like better but is now 100% non-functional and can bring no joy and likely the opposite.

This becomes even more clear when you look at the age of these victims. If I go ask my 9 year old daughter right now if she could transform into a unicorn and never have to be human again, she would almost certainly say yes.

Not because she's mentally ill, but because she is a CHILD and no child is going to understand the long term implications of such a life altering choice. Instead they'll hit their 30s or 40s and realize their body has been permanently altered and they can never go back.

The people who are pushing this crap on them are adults. They are kids and kids do not know any better.

A little late to this but I'd be shocked if the real number isn't a tenth of that. The issues we have these days is the diagnosis and the money involved in the path to transition. Once the government started paying for this in large part the numbers have gotten completely screwed up as does just about everything government touches.

Again, Science is chromosomes..... that's hard to get around on "sex". The current thought is that gender is independent of "sex". As far as I know there is no real science behind that claim. It's a "feeling" which is a chemical reaction on the surface of the brain (more complicated but not connected to chromosomes). "Feeling" feminine doesn't change the physiology.... that's what the "treatments" are for so strictly scientifically speaking you cannot change you hormones without external chemicals designed to do so.... so, I find it hard to believe that they were born that way if they cannot "be" that way naturally. That said, there is an overlay of psychological disorders, trauma and environmental pressures including being told you can pick your gender at a young age and the vicious cycle of "belief" and "association" that comes with the Wokeness cult.

You can call yourself what ever you want. Where I draw the line is that people who call you what you don't want to be called shouldn't be harmed, excluded or removed from their place in society because of it. I believe if that happens that the person should have the protected right to pursue both legal and monetary damages..... or the complete opposite of what the Woke Religion teaches.
