Why do I know this? My brother-in-law speaks, reads and writes Aramaic. Where did he learn this? He's a Franciscan Monk and has been for 35 years. He's read a lot of the original writings that formed the Bible and many others from that time period as part of what he does....

Fun fact... he was one of several Franciscans consulted when Mel Gibson make the Passion of the Christ which had Aramaic dialogue.

I believe those scripts were translated into Hebrew... then Greek... then to English in some cases.

I was being facetious. There are certain denominations of Christians who view the KJV Bible to be the end-all and be-all of Bibles. Even more Christians speak King James English like its some kind of holy language. As you point out, its not - English has nothing whatsoever to do with it!
There's an entire grouping of words that are a tip-off of KJV Christians, "Thee" and "Thou" are of course, the most common and best known. "Mock", "Covenant" and a host of others are found fairly often too - words that aren't commonly used anymore outside that context. No criticism intended, I just find it interesting. Pagans have their own archaic words as well, which seems more of an affectation than anything else.
