WOAH! I just fired insurance A for tripling my homeowners insurance, went to insurance B and was declined coverage, went to insurance C and was told I was in a high risk area for wildfires ...
I live in the desert, everything is already burnt... WTF...
Anyways, weird "coincidence" ... see what happens in these next few years... But I am not sure the desert has the capability of doing what we saw in CA, HI, CA again, etc ... Ive seen fired in the phoenix valley, they don't do a whole lot of damage, not enough fuel and/or fuel is too spread out...
again, we will see what happens. i have my doubts.
