It’s a veil, not a mask. One is worn because he’s kind of a weird dude, but fuck it he’s cool and we like him. The other is worn for absolutely no purpose at all.

The face veil is a statement. Its generally worn for religious reasons. So are masks. Both are equally effective against viruses - that is to say, not at all.
