Well, when I screw the pooch, I do it well. I had two issues. 1. the fan only worked on top two settings. Replaced the resister and that fixed it. 2. Could not get the vent controls to work on anything but defrost. I replaced the heater/AC switch panel with a new MOPAR part and that fixed it. I did both of those repairs three days ago. Yesterday, I had a stereo installed, when it came back, blower only worked on defrost. After dicking around with all the wiring plugs, I finally opened the hood and found the vacuum line under the dash had snapped off where it enters firewall. Now I assume that was the problem all along. Coincidence. Now however, I must have tweaked a wire somewhere, as I have zero fan and no power to the fuse block for the blower. I unbolted the fuse block, sprayed contact cleaner, unplugged the big green plug and cleaned that. What in tarnation have I done? Where does the fuse block get power for fuse? There is only one wire going to the back of the fuse and no power at either side of the fuse. Any guesses?
