Dashboard paint

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I haven't found anything about this.
I can't afford a new dash so I want to improve the appearance of mine by painting it, it's not in bad shape, just a bit tired looking.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which paint will adhere and hold up? I would be removing it and cleaning it thoroughly with simple green and perhaps some isopropyl alcohol.
My dash is the grey color.

I used Color Coat paint from SEM. I have the grey interior and I went with Thomas Bus Grey. Can't actually tell you how close it is to the original color because my dash was so tired, but it looks great. You can find it here:

I removed what pieces I could of the dash and just taped up and bagged over the rest of the interior around what was left of the dash. I cleaned and scrubbed the dash pieces thoroughly, then wiped them down with alcohol. I started with the SEM Plastic Adhesion Promoter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007VTSRZ8/?tag=wranglerorg-20), and finished with the Satin Clear Coat (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PL24KI/?tag=wranglerorg-20).

Overall an easy project and makes the Jeep look like new again. I did mine a little less than a year ago and so far it's holding up fine.

I've had really good results using Krylon Fusion paints for plastics. It really seems to stick well and gives a nice finish. Good luck with your project, post up some before an after pics, I'd love to see the results.
