Door surrounds rattle

Stupid question. Yes, I searched.

I took off my full door surrounds for a couple of years.

Back on now, and they rattle bad. It’s noisy just pulling out of my paved driveway. I’ve isolated it to where the plastic door surround meets the body on both sides along the B-pillar. I guess I lost some rubber/foam/stripping while in storage. What is the replacement/upgrade/diy option here?

amazon has the gasket you need. until it comes in or if you dont want to spend the money you can use a small wedge on the back side between the door surround and the body by the seatbelt. That's how mine is until m y gasket gets here. No more rattling
