Here's how the front axle ended yesterday. Got frustrated trying to stab the driver side shaft.

Built out except for the snap rings and lock out hubs, ordered longer pliers.
Who makes longer pitman arms? I don’t think I have enough throw for the high steer with the stock one.
Flat? Parts Mike and then you can drill it for whatever length you want.

Dorman has some good lines for 4" lift. Don't do the YJ lines!
I used YJ lines, they're longer, but I don't know if they're long enough for this sweet build.
I would imagine different banjo fittings on the caliper ends too... I had mine custom made when I built the Jeep the first time.
That is what I was thinking. I’ll be at Oreillys tomorrow, hopefully they still do them.
Yet another drill bit on order, 5/8 for the cavfab TB double shear. To be honest, may have been easier to just get a weld on.

BTW, tried to save money on hubs, cheap ones didn’t survive install. Bad idea. Picking up mile markers tomorrow.
without rollers, I can’t really set the front axle on the angle I want it. Gonna have to do some refreshing math to get some decent baselines for the front arms.
The YJ lines are clocked so they only mount in one position. I had to shave down one of the round sides so I could put them in the orientation that worked best for me. That’s why I recommend the Dorman H622065, H622066.

I’ll measure tomorrow, but looks like they are both 3/8 from RockAuto specs.
Other than the bracket. The F250 ones may work at 29”
