Is the Warn XD9000i a good winch?

Warn pays the most for advertising, so it must be the best!
I have 2 Engo E10000S's, that I purchased about 10 years ago, that have served me well..good budget winches

That Warn XD-9000i is an excellent winch, snap it up!! It's real hard to beat Warn's USA made winches like that XD-9000i is.
That's the expensive one, not the made in China Warn winch. Get it!
They aren't that hard to fix up if it's cheap because it's not running right.

I told the guy I want it. We’ll see how this works out. Hopefully I’ll get it and I can move my SuperWinch 9500 over to my sons and we can sell the HF Badlands 12,000

I’ve have an Engo in my TJ. It’s been excellent.
Warns USA winches are tough to beat but I’m poor.
It could be lack of battery power or the contactor. He should know if it worked prior. I'd meet him and make sure you can free spool it and for $300 or less if you make a deal, it's still worth picking up.

Dragged home my first Warn winch and it only cost me $250! 
I’ll hook it up tomorrow and see what I’ve got. I saw a video of it working 2 days ago.
