All fixed, pretty easy job. Nothing to it really if you break a spider gear or two and don’t mess up your ring and pinion.
now to upgrade my axle assemblies
Thanks a lot, I thought it was a risky move in case it turned out hideous but I think it looks pretty cool. That color combo looks great together. Nice Jeep!
I was hoping for the best, while the CJ’s that had the yellow/spice combo were significantly more pastel, I was optimistic the combination with the solar yellow would be a nice touchThe tan top looks surprisingly good on yellow. I definitely wouldn’t have expected that.
They’ve been in the jeep since 2015 but it’s not my daily driver, so no, nothing negative but they don’t see a lot of action. 2 cross country road trips though with no complaints. They can get a little warm.Thanks. How long have you had them? Any wear issues that you've encountered?

Thanks Chris! While I’m not 100% positive it’s the only one like it, I’m confident it’s rare indeed! It definitely looks classy. I would say it makes your TJ stand out from the crowd too!
Thanks man, I’m also super into retro stripe patterns! The idea of putting stripes on it like the jeep honcho from twister has crossed my mind more times than I can count 🌪Great looking vehicle inside and out. I always enjoyed the bold vehicle color choices a few decades back. The only loud colors I see these days are red and yellow in general, and the older Jeeps did have more interesting designs on them too. I dig those tricolor stripes
Hey Thanks! For now I like the Moab’s, but if you recall a few years back Jeep did a powder blue Chief JK concept that had some retro slotted mag wheels. I’ve thought of those but I’m still not sure. Maybe when it’s ready to go to 35’s but we will see.Couldn't agree more with the others, tan with yellow looks awesome! usually im not a fan of tan especially tan hard tops but your jeep really pulls it off. Are you sticking with the wheels or are you going for more retro wheels? dont get me wrong they look great, just curious
I think I know the exact ones you're talking about, jellybean wheels (that might just be what we call them here in aus tho)Hey Thanks!
