"Pacing myself" build

I've never run fox, so no way to compare. Once I get dialed in on lift height, I'll spring for some nice shocks from Paul.
Not much going on jeep wise, but a few updates. Ditched my CB for a Midland MXT-275 GMRS radio, and upgraded the antenna with their 6db gain antenna. Purchased a GMRS license, and now can hit repeaters in my area. Went on a run over the weekend and had a chance to use it some. The range is amazing compared to the CB, and with the repeaters, I was able to extend the range a bunch.
Back to my shock drama. Even aired down to 13lbs and disco'd, these JSPEC shocks are just too firm for my setup. The travel biases are good, but just too firm for my taste. If you like a firm, sporty shock, these would fit the bill. Once I get the Ranchos back on, they'll be for sale if anyone wants a firm shock for a 2.5" - 3" lift.

Removed the bar pins on my RS5000X's and pressed the new sleeves in. What PITA! They are now ready for the BPE's. Also, tested my switch wiring for the install of the ARB compressor. I'll remove the ABS tray for mounting of the compressor.
HaHa, I feel your pain. I did BPE's in the rear. It was a PITA but I got 1" of travel back toward 50/50. Worth it !

You need to keep up with the cool kids man! Keep the CB and add a gmrs-starfish radio. Heck even a handheld would do.
The compressor is mounted. Jeesh! That was no small feat! The wiring will be the easy part.
I mounted mine there as well, that was painful. Looks like you did nice work!
Thanks. I installed nutserts in the tray and played contortionist with a wrench and a 10mm crows foot.
That was smarter than me, i removed the tray (moved my rubicon locker pumps under it) and screwed through it for the ARB
Not sure how smart it was. I think I stripped one of them. I snugged it down with kid gloves and let it ride.
Lol. I used that on my AR thread links for my 2 inch lift and now I can’t get them undone to lengthen themLots of red loctite

Bust out the torch! I think some heat makes it release.
Put mine there as well.
Hopefully I can knock the wiring out this weekend. I have to put new shocks on the RV first. Having a secondary source of on board air will be nice! Thanks again @Alex01!
Are you keeping your air chuck under the hood or going with a remote location?
Guess I could have went full retard and plum it out the grill and run the switch in the dash, but just went with the KISS method. Yeah, I'm lazy.
