Anyone help?

I’ve sprayed it with CNC Knocler Loose.

I’ve beat on it with a 4-lb sledge.

I took the welder to it to heat it up.

I tried a tie rod remover and sledge.

I bought a pitman arm remover. It’s really tight and one arm of the puller is slightly deforming. The splined end is shedding some metal. I can go tighter but I’m afraid.

They can be TIGHT. Also...Make sure you get a nut on those threads. When it finally comes apart, that it will shoot off like a missile. The nut will stop the arm and puller from dropping on your noggin!

I used the same hf puller and it would bent around the pitman arm and pop off. I then took the box off and flipped it upside down on the ground so the shaft was pointing up then put the bent puller arm on the side where the arm is extended for a larger ledge to hold on too and just cranked down as much as I could with an impact while beating it with a 4lb mini sledge. It came off after a bit of that.

That is not a pitman arm puller. That is a pile of metallic disappointment. Get a conical puller, not the cheap one on Amazon, and get after it with your impact.
