Based solely on the pictures, the bumps are too long by about 5/8" or however much shaft is still exposed.
Either way, the shocks should be the limit to travel. The bump stops, with the soft jounces installed, are there to slow the last bit of travel speed before the shocks reach full compression.I don't have the shocks in tight on top. I'll do that.
As it should be when cycling.
I would go further, but I also used hard plastic body lift pucks that I cut to length.
If you had a shorter shock (and less bump stop), how much farther could you go? In other words, what would hit next? And FWIW.
AntiRock disconnected also. Hope that's ok.
Use the full shock. Let the shock be the limit to travel. The factory yellow jounces will compress into the cup.So less bump, more uptravel and use the snot out of the jounce?
This 3.5" I took out is pretty hard.
Or just 1 puck.
The jounce won't compress it's full 1" I suppose. And there's clearance to the fender.
Driver side yet to do so will see what the trackbar and diff cover do.
Contact TB/DIFF.
Hoping a RockJock TB & OEM diff cover will solve this. Could it be that simple.

They were all passenger side, full bump. I have the axle resting on 3 ton stands until I lift it with the jack, so I guess the opposite side is still resting on the jack stand. I didn't really check that. That's a fat diff cover.
Were the prior few pics at full bump or full flex?
I have the OEM covers on order and 2 Rock Hard "Hard Hats" on order.
Me either... I've tried all the accessible ones... And don't really like any of them
Is yours better? Do you know yet?Even the "good" tunable ones .. the tune makes all the difference in the world.
@NOTNSUV .. keep at it and you are heading in the right direction.

Well, if my measurements above are correct and I used the right procedure then I'd guess I'm at the point of deciding whether to reduce bump to 1" or be ok with 2" and which length shock to select.@NOTNSUV .. keep at it and you are heading in the right direction.
