Specialty tools needed for our TJs?

Hmm...Lots of good ones already posted. Thinking about what I've bought to work on my wrangler...

36mm socket (front axle shafts)
External Torx sockets (for transmission bellhousing)
Impact quality T40 bits (numerous screws)
Bearing clamshell puller (for a Dana 44 rear axle bearing)
Turnbuckle Press - homemade (for installing inner front axle seals)
Balljoint press with angled adapters
17mm Hex for transmission
Fuel pressure gage - homemade from HF kit. This is something that affects later models without a schrader valve on the fuel rail.

If you live in the rust belt, a torch and a welder are almost required...

before the Jeep, my "tool box" (if i can call it that) was small, and fit under the seat.
after the Jeep and countless trips to the autoparts store, it tripled in size, along with additional boxes full of "what if shit" and "things to do, but have no time for it".

I wish there was an easy answer
