FWIW, I was on allergy shots for over 8 years. They *did* help. Not with nose breathing, but with UR health in general.

My grandson keepin it real, had his first like-aged visitor, she seems dissatisfied about stuff 
Ahh, peace and quiet abounds a Cheesy Manor. The grandkids are all back in school, therefore, my snacks are not disappearing and there are no Minecraft videos playing on my TV. The three day a week gym schedule is back on. And the heatwave is over.
Well, I did this over the weekend and all I can say is, if your considering doing this... do it!!
Had a blast and learned a little about myself.
Apparently I do not care for negative Gs, I made it through the ride just fine but there were doubts creeping in. We were about 3/4s of the way thru manuvers and the pilot asked how I was, "Well, I wouldn't mind if we flew level for a couple minutes" And that's about all he gave before I heard, "how about some more" and here we went. TLDR : acrobatic plane ride good... old belly bad.
Owen and I went to the final Friday night roundy round races for the season last week.
I'd like to say that it was a good time but it wasn't. The racing was okay but O is a fan of Saturday Winged Sprint cars, not Friday Spectator. Also, I don't know what the farmer spread on the field across the highway from the track but it stunk. Dead animal in the ditch stink, that hung like dust over the stands. We left early but stopped at the local ice cream place on the way home. There were a few street rods and bikes parked there, so that made O's day.
E is in recovery mode. He was in a soccer tournament in Iowa and had to be helped off the field. He was attempting a goal when the keeper from the other team blocked the shot with a sliding tackle and knocked E's feet out from under him. E spent the rest of the tournament on the bench, wearing a boot. Luckily, nothing broken, just a nasty sprain. He may be cleared to play tomorrow. We'll see.
On the home front, I finally finished sealing the groj driveway. I've been dicking with the damn thing since mid June; crack repair, patching, and leveling. While spreading the sealer with the squeegee, I was thinking that maybe I should not have given my industrial airless sprayer to my old neighbor when we moved. That would have been the catzazz for this job. It certainly would not have taken me two days to stand up straight again. Finishing the driveway has freed me up to deal with all the other smaller disasters that have piled up in the past few months.

This afternoon was the first afternoon that I could stand being outside since at least 4 months, maybe longer. Mid 80s with a nice breeze. Thank Goddess - I was able to do some gardening, weed pulling, spraying and tree trimming. I can actually walk the circle in my garden again. I have a lighting system for the garden I need to wire up, and I have some more Jeep projects to finish up, not the least of which is the rock lite system. The lites are all in place and wired up, I just need to install the in-cab switch and run the control wire out to the relay box under the hood.
