On my way to dance class - lots of traffic, two lights close to each other. Idiot half blocks the intersection because there wasn't any place to go. The next car correctly waited on the other side of said intersection. Same intersection as that video I posted awhile back with the Altima running the light if any one remembers that. Florididiots.

A lulu on I-95 a couple of days ago - actually two of them. First was a standard semi flatbed (not a low boy). the flatbed trailer was sitting nose down in the middle lane, with the truck off on the shoulder a couple of hundred feet farther up. No apparent damage to either, no scrape marks in the pavement from the (retracted) front jacks - at least in the brief period I had to see it (wife was driving).
The second was a semi with a dump trailer - jackknifed so bad that the side of the cab had dented the side of the trailer. Front of the truck had some damage too - off on an embankment.
How the Hell you do either one of those is beyond me - Mercury Retrograde!!!

Had a tanker of syrup crash on I-10 and it took them 9 hrs to clean the stuff up. Full closure starting at 11am.
Had to run around like an idiot with several errands on my way to dance class. Just dealing with traffic gets old - "throttle crackers", idiots in the wrong lane, idiots who don't use their turn signals, etc, etc - but the worst is the damn Florida corner cutters. I had to blow my horn at 4 or 5 of them in one intersection to get their damn attention so they wouldn't sideswipe my car! And that doesn't count the one that was headed for an offset frontal - with ME! That one had hir window down, so got a full blast of horn before s/he swerved away. I swear I'm gonna get a Deuce and a half with 1/2" steel bumpers, then I just won't give a shit. So tired of it.

It reads like those MFs who try to straighten out the curves by crossing into the other lane. I had my first wreck because of someone coming around a curve with their vehicle centered in the road. Fat bitch ran me into the ditch and kept going.
Umm, we clearly need more tolerance, I'm going with the odds she was on a mad dash to the donut store and feared there'd be no donuts left & you, sir, were impeding her progress.
See, all of life is a matter of perspective, just a little shift & you'd understand that it was really you that was irresponsible, and thus, in the wrong. Have you even taken a moment to consider the negative impact you had on her, and her quest, as you were existing in that intersection? I didn't think so.

Here in Ca at a red light they turn into a gas station, zip through the lot and then without stopping pull onto the street.

Yep. At best on turning left like this one was - they'll come out of the left turn lane, make an immediate 45 degree turn. go straight to the other side of the LH turn, and make another 45 degree turn, scaring the crap out of whomever is in the lane to their right. Takes more time than following the dotted arcs provided in many intersections as they have to SLOW DOWN to make that second 45.
But more often, they are cutting into the opposite lane to do this - I've been in 2 accidents since I moved here 9 years ago, both caused by people cutting corners. I am now always ready to hit my horn, hit the brakes, steer, whatever - its very seldom that I go anywhere without encountering one of these fools.
I'll have you know this was the very intimidating MBZ "Der Horn"!!
It is a unique sound at least.

Around here the dotted lines in the center of the intersection are mostly worn away due to people crossing over them during turns.
