Twice I have had to contact RCV. 1st time I totally screwed up a stub shaft, 100% my fault and they replaced free of charge even though I offered to pay for it.
Last week had a man regear my axles and the driver side had some rounding of the splines. Took a pic and sent it to them asking if it was ok and what was causing it and today replacement parts arrived.

You cannot go wrong with them. If you are having doubts please rest easy. This company backs their stuff 100%.

Warn is another that has done the same thing.

Hats off to both companies

This is good to know. I have RCV axles myself, and it's nice knowing that they stand behind their product.

I've never had to use their customer service, but this makes me not hesitate to do so.

I also have a Warn winch, and I hear good things about them as a company as well (they're also local to me)!

I bought a rear warn bumper. The reciever was to small and they shipped me another bumper free of charge. Didnt wan the other one back and gave me a free recovery kit for my trouble
