Tow rig camping setup

Has anyone done a camper shell, rack, and rooftop tent setup on their tow rig? Something like the photo below with a rooftop tent added. Thoughts? Seems like a very flexible setup with plenty of storage options.

I found out that ARE makes a HD version of the MX and CX shells that have an interior frame that allows 500 pounds on the rails. So I ordered one. Seemed more elegant than a rack over the shell.

I'm not aware of the ARE features, but the Jeraco factory is less than an hour from my house. The last two caps I bought had wood reinforcing in the roof for roof racks. They didn't give me a weight rating.
