That is my impression, although I have no direct experience with it. I recently read a thread on CO about someone having their lines rebuilt. Maybe that was in your thread?
Could be. I was asking about what people are doing. Earlier model years have re-pops as an option though so they mostly just do that. I think new uncrimped fittings are going to need to be welded on to the lines then new hose crimped on. That's my impression from what people on CO said anyways.
In all likelihood I'm just not going to drive it on crazy hot days the rest of the summer then hopefully the line to get them rebuilt in the winter will be much shorter.
