I would lower the hooks so the bottom of the door sits on the hooks, and devise a way to attach the top to the studs, like one of the little simple hook and loop fasteners with a carabiner.
This resurrection deserves it's on "1000 dollar TJ " thread. You have some elbow grease in that, and it shows.Painted the interior doors black. Going all black in the interior. I found this TJ sitting under some trees and hadn’t run in a year. New battery cranked it and I drove off for 1K. Done some TLC on it and have started making it “mine”. I have loved becoming a Jeep owner. It’s such a fun hobby!

Here’s my “mascot”(?)Tiffany has been with me a few years now. She's rode around in a Nissan Titan, Chrysler mini-van, Mrs Willy's Volvo crossover and now has taken up residence in the LJ. Lately she's been turning blue with the increased sun since I dropped the top down. I figure as long as she'll hold together, the LJ is a good place for her. She has a younger sister with a ukulele who moved into the Volvo.
(named for a friend of our daughter's who bears a passing resemblence to her)
