11.5mpg mostly city for me with a stroker and I drive it like I stole it. AX15, 4.10's, and 33s.

my 97 Sahara 4.0 5 speed w/ 3.07's on 31's 18+MPG. My 05 Rubi 4.0 6 speed w/ 4.10's on 33's 14-15 MPG ! I drive both the same, usually fairly light on the go pedal.....

Standard 35x12.5 and 5.25" lift build with little regard to weight savings. Originally got around 12 MPG, but with a few targeted modifications and some tuning, am getting closer to 15-16 MPG.
