There’s two bolts that wrap around underneath as well.
I can’t see getting in there on the backside without dropping the tank and skid.
With a body lift, I made a pair of flags with two nuts each and fished them in from above.

Hopefully I can pull it off via finger origami
One of the bottom bolts is broken in there but I can get the other in
How many of them were river miles?
The 32rh is really hard to find and the AW4 from the Cherokee seems to be a dime a dozen, is it worth considering that instead?
PITA wiring I can deal with probably, what is the problem with the OD? I'd be regearing after replacing transmissions so can that compensate you think?I recall mrblaine stating the OD ratios are a problem in addition to pain in the ass wiring and it generates a ton of heat. It's doable though...

It's just looking like a 32rh is gonna be 1000$+ by itself, the chances of getting a good deal seems low low with all the other people trying to do the same thing
Did you plug in the numbers to grimm jeeper with the gearing you want? Just a quick comparison on 4.10s. Left is the 32RH.

Yeah that is true that is not idealThe AW4 is also longer than the 32rh which kinda sucks considering our driveshaft lengths are already pushing the limits of being too short

It doesn't work well in the TJ as it in does in the XJ. It also runs too hot and is inefficient.
Does it really work well in the XJ?
“Works well” in the sense that the xj has about 9” more wheelbase?
