Tuning using piggyback ecu

I have 2000 wrangler tj with full bolt on including a long tube headers and straight free flow pipe.
I am willing to add a cam and do a port job on the head and intake but before i need to learn how to tune.

What is the best piggyback ecu for the TJ and what i will get from tuning my current set up ?

You can drop hundreds if not thousands on bolt on performance parts and gain very little with the 4.0.

Stroking, forced induction, or a complete engine swap is the only real way to see more power. Anything else is a waste of time and money.

The 4.0 is at its best when left stock.

I agree that most bolt ones do nothing and the 4.0 is best left stock. Proper gearing is your best bet. However, I’ve read several posts about ARH headers and tuning by FLYIN RYAN PERFORMANCE that show gains.
