I would think most just buy whatever's available with condition and/or price being the priority.

I would have preferred Flame Red. Stone White is what I ended up with.
That front and also the matching rear are for sale.
I was very specific in my search, I only wanted a bone stock ”Bright Silver, low mileage 2004“ and luckily found one in my tiny country . It‘s another story that it took me 7 plus years of heavenly patience .
My other absolute favourites TJ colours are Impact Orange and Desert Bronze. Desert bronze was not available in 2004 and yet to come across an Impact orange in New Zealand .
Yep we are not gifted allot of colours down here are we.
Same here…. Price and condition was first on my list. I didn’t even know that my colour existed until I saw it. The colour grew on me
