Death wobble after replacing wheel bearings

My FSM shows 55 ft/lbs for axle side and 65 ft/lbs for the frame side of the track bar.
This is the frame side correct?

Should I go about removing the cotter pin?
You'd probably be fine to leave it for now. You might want to do the steering test again and pay special attention to the ball joint on the track-bar, looking for any excessive play. At least then you can likely rule that out.

Ugh man, theres no way I'm gonna be able to sleep tonight with this on my mind when my jeep is sick, I'm sick.

I jacked each wheel up separately and did the "wiggle tests" but yielded no results.... maybe I'm just not doing it right or maybe my jeep is actually possessed by a demon lol

Ho boy.... ball joints, sounds fun
In all seriousness I really appreciate the help and tomorrow I'll do a much more in depth troubleshoot and keep yall updated.

So I did another dry steering test and all I can come up with is theres a very tiney amount of play in the track bar. Everything else looks ok to me.
Edit: also did the ball joint test and they look solid.

Could be worn out bushings in the track bar then. I would replace and torque to spec. Keep in mind, clamping force is what holds it all. Do not overtighten as the bolt will snap, 65 ft/lbs on the frame side and 40 ft/lbs on the axle side

Stock size. I'm assuming 32-34 (I had it checked at discount tire to the factory setting)
I'd double check the tire pressures and get them in spec ASAP if you haven't already. Tire pressures that are too high can be "triggers" of DW. Stock 30" tires should have only 29 PSI (per OEM tire pressure sticker on inside of doorjamb on drivers side). If you have larger\wider tires, tire pressures should be taken down a bit further yet (27-28 PSI for 32" tires, 26-27 PSI for 33" tires etc.). This will help your ride tremendously if you happen to find you are running on much higher PSI numbers than expected. Best to start with the simple stuff.

Update: since I work at discount tire I rebalance the tires my self and brought the pressure to 32. On the way home I still got the DW
It always happens if I stick around 60-65 for too long and I can feel a slight vibration before the death wobble but if I change speed (before it goes full blown death wobble) it will go away. if I stay at a constant speed after I start feeling little vibrations it will go full blown death wobble and I cant make it stop until I stop the jeep.

Honestly I'm really stuck because I dont see any obvious play in any steering components besides maybe just slightly the track bar, but my mind may be playing tricks on me.

Can I just replace the bushings or does the whole track bar need to go?

I believe they do make replacement bushings; energy suspension, moog, and crown come to mind. The old can be removed with a lot of elbow grease, a torch, and some patience. The new will need to be pressed in
