Yes those are what you want. Your body lift doesn't affect shock length. I wouldn't install the red boots though. They just trap sand, dirt, moisture, etc. inside.@Jerry Bransford Would these be the right ones for my '99 TJ? It is all stock with a 2" body lift.

Jerry ,I know this is an older thread but something is going on ...That depends on your budget. If the sky's the limit then custom valved Fox shocks are great. But if your budget is more limited like mine is, it's REAL hard to beat Rancho's newer RS5000x which is gas-charged. Don't let anyone get confused and sell you the older hydraulic RS5000 which would make your Jeep ride like a buckboard wagon.
the 5000x are gas charged and the 5000 are not. Did the shocks extend on their own when you installed them?
They were lashed like gas charged should be ...and these are labeled 5000 x .
If there wasn't much difference in the two vehicles I wouldn't even post this but it is quite a difference.
