What shocks to use if cant get Ranchos?

Hi.
I`m planning to chage my shocks to something better than i have now.
At the moment rear shocks are Gabriel and front is Rancho 5000 series not x.
All the shocks have seen miles and are pretty bad condition.
Ride is pretty rough. Even the small bumps feel therrible.

I would buy Rancho 5000x series shocks, but as i live in Finland i found out that all the online shops
that i have tried to buy those doesnt ship overseas. Also no luck from european online stores.

So my question is what else are people using in these thing other than rancho.

I always thought Bilstein made good shocks. I haven't had them on a Jeep, but they rode great on my Silverado. I think Chevy and Toyota use or have used them for their offroad packaged trucks.

Old Man Emu (ARB). They are a little pricey but give an incredible ride!

Pretty much stock. No lift.
Forget to mention that driving is 99% street.

You could also probably get factory style shocks. I think Monroe and a few other companies make them. That would be the cheapest option.

With no major modifications, there’s probably no point into getting the really expensive shocks (Fox, King, etc.).

Exactly what I was thinking.. less modifications and more street driving your choices are greater for that kind of driving. But I was very happy with Bilsteins and most of my driving is on the street as well.. buuuut it's nice to know you have something underneath in case you have to run from the law through a pasture or something.

I've had the OME nitro sport shocks in my TJ before I swapped in the Rancho 5000x shocks. Having now used both, I would be happy with either. They are more similar than different and both give a very good ride. These are the only 2 I have personally used in a TJ. I have heard repeatedly the Bilsteins ride much harsher than the OME or Rancho. But i can neither confirm nor deny that to be the case.

If you can get them, the Bilstein 4600 is a great shock for stock height TJs and they should last at least 100,000 miles.

OME and Bilstein 5100s are for lifted vehicles.

I have many other brands available from EU online shops and from my local autoparts store.
I think im going to go with bilsteins(4600).
