The ugly bumper thread

I think that one came out of someones bathroom.
I actually like those, especially with the metal fenders. the grill loop looks pretty good.

I should add that I replaced my bathroom stall bumper with that same stinger you guys said was ugly earlier in the thread. I guess there is no accounting for taste!
Mine's pretty hideous....started off as a body armor bumper but I made it some what stubby. On my list of things to do now that my rear bumper is done. I do have to say though that it has taken abuse great!
Well, its supposed to help keep you from doing an endo when going down a really steep hill. Also to help protect your hood and engine in the case of a rollover.

It was just a grill guard but IMO it was hideous. Funny thing was that someone stopped me and asked where I had gotten it. So I ended up selling it to him.
Then I made this flat bumper with just a hoop on it.
Then I had a buddy with a tube bender who made my hood/radiator guard. Other than being HEAVY I like my front bumper.
And then I changed the winch mounting plate this summer to a better one.

Functional though. It would make a great place to hang wet clothes!
Not on an actual TJ, but nonetheless repulsive. A bargain at a mere $499!

Inadvertently I might. It wasn't my intention by any means. I think "ugly" is a subjective thing. I just dislike some of these massive bumpers, FabFours being the worst of the bunch.This thread is great!
