The axles and tires alone are close to $24K. As was said, with the parts on here it doesn't really sound like a bad deal. Of course it would need to come with small trailer for me to live in. I'd need it for when the wife says adios!

Unfair, Isnt it? Some folks spend more than $50k in some places just to be able to join a private country club. That’s just the initiation fee.

But, if you want to compare apples to apples, you can compare my LJ on coilovers to the tracer:
37" tires vs 40" tires.
4" equivalent lift on both.
22" belly vs 20" belly.

Sometimes you come across a Jeep that makes you say wow, and this is one of them. Not exactly in the same class as this one, but, since the topic of belly height came up, here's one that had my interest several years ago. It was a Chris Durham build, which was a JK body on a TJ frame, chopped and channeled.

But, if you want to compare apples to apples, you can compare my LJ on coilovers to the tracer:
37" tires vs 40" tires.
4" equivalent lift on both.
22" belly vs 20" belly.

Got some new data: this is a 4" lift equivalent, and on 40" tires the belly hangs down to 20" all the way across (1-3/4" lower than the lowest point of the Savvy skid).

There's plenty of pictures of both skids in question that show the shape. I know the measurements of the Savvy skid off the top of my head so no source there. Here's the numbers from Andrew Harris of the tracer suspension.

At 70k would you not have a new Cummins or Hemi? I would and a 727 automatic with the low range first.

I don't know which engine is best for swaps, but an LS, Cummins, or Hemi would all work for me. Maybe I just have you build it. You know what you're doing!

It would be interesting to see the differences that affect their measurements like shock placement and if their shocks are setup for 50% up travel and 50% down travel.

It looks like Andrew is trying to sell people on the Tracer by lying about the belly up Skid height on a rubicon running 37’s. It’s not 16”, because I’m getting that on a 3” lift and 33’s. So, I’m thinking a 4” lift and 35’s will get you 18” and 4” and 37’s will yield at least 19”, and probably more. I think tox is at 22”.
