Project 1-tons and 40s

Well l got a little dont last night and today. Gears are set and ready and got front fenders bumper winch all off and ready for brackets to be cut off.

Ok got some updates....axles are ready for install got frame all clean from old brackets and new brackets tacked on got final wheelbase set all my joints will be here tomorrow along with fuel tank l also got the rear fenders rough cut in

Nice. Looks like a good bit more clearance than my 19. I‘m building a 14 bolt for mine and I may have some clearance issues with the current tank, so I’ll have to keep this one in mind. Thanks

Which tank do you have Jeff? Do you have their 19 gallon EXT tank?

Their new Comp tanks are offered in a 20 & 23 gallon but you have to have CO's to run it according to their tank.

I wish this one would work on my TJ since it's $400 cheaper than the EXT tank.

Yeah, I'm looking at their EXT and COMP tank. comp tank is $400 cheaper that could be used towards coilovers. $200 for shocks & coils or $500 coilovers.. decisions, decisions.

Not trying to clog up the OP's thread but yes if you're wanting to go to coilovers or already have them then the COMP tanks are great but in my situation I don't want CO's so I'm stuck using the EXT tank if it will even fit/work. I won't go any smaller than 19 gallons so if a tank won't fit I'm going with a fuel cell.
