Savvy (nonexistent) customer service

I saw a video of a recovery made by Matt's Off Road Recovery out of Utah of a newish $100k JL, it was a POS and I think it had a Skyjacker lift on it. Gotta say it was a factory part that broke, it was the sector shaft coming out of the steering box.

Check out the Youtube videos by Matt, they are bitchin' videos of recoveries, many of which were horrendously difficult. I am kinda hooked on them lol.
I love em,looks like a great place to live!

They couldn’t handle anything but the work. Good dudes, but not people/people.

Weird how opinions on this one vary so wildly. I've had very good luck with Savvy. On a couple occasions they've sent me free parts with orders, when I changed my mind on different configurations.

Also, one of the things I haven't seen mentioned here is that Small Businesses, in general, are getting squeezed by politicians that put power ahead of its citizens. I have several friends that run a small business and everyone of them talks about how they have difficulty keeping inventory, and have to make cuts in order to keep their doors open.

I'm not taking sides here, just saying the obvious. There isn't a single person on this forum that has ever experienced, in the USA, what's been going on the last couple years. It's surprising more doors aren't closing. I don't like it, but am willing to accept a little inconvenience, given what others are having to go through.

FedEx just notified me that the Savvy TC shifter cable I ordered yesterday was delivered. Not bad, 28 hours. Helps that I'm only 100 miles away, but it was via FedEx.

No idea if I got any stickers.
